Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge of the IB Code, Company Law & other ancillary Laws.
• Excellent Drafting Skills, Proficient in MS Word.
• Provide legal support to the Insolvency Professionals for the efficient conduct of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (, CIRP,) and Liquidation Process.
• Should have procedural knowledge of CIRP and Liquidation process

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have administrative and managerial skills
• Should be very good in English writing and speaking
• Should have procedural knowledge of CIRP and Liquidation process

Perks and benefits:

5.5 days working (2^nd & 4^th Saturday Off)

Experience – More than 2 years

Salary- 4 LPA to 5 LPA
