We are pleased to share that AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP, an IPE registered as IP, has been appointed as Resolution Professional in D K Realty (India) Private Limited, a Mumbai based real estate company.

This is the first appointment of an IPE as RP by NCLT after the amendment in law and after the registration of IPE as IP by IBBI.

It may be recalled that AAAIP was the first IPE to be registered as IP in India on 12/11/2022.
