He is based out of Delhi and has an overall experience of 25 years in the industry. His key skills are as under:-

• Management of Manufacturing Operations – 12 years’ experience with Moser Baer India Limited, Xerox India Limited, Bharat Aluminium Co. Limited and National Aluminium Co. Limited

• Overall Business Management: – 12 years’ experience, last assignment as CFO of Moser Baer Electronic Limited – Managed Accounts & Finance, ERP implementation (Oracle Financial, Ramco, SAP), distribution network creation, etc.

• Techno Economic Viable Studies (TEV), restructuring plans, business integration & slump sale.

• Experience of handling CIRP of Moser Baer India Limited from Corporate Debtor side and also handling liquidation of the same Company from Corporate Debtor side.
