Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code – Exploring Opportunities under the IBC Law by the NIRC of ICAI

We are pleased to share that our Chairman, CA Anil Goel, recently had the honor of being a guest speaker at a seminar hosted by the NIRC (Northern India Regional Council) of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) on the topic of “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code – Exploring Opportunities under the IBC Law.” This enlightening seminar was organized by the esteemed Committee on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code of ICAI.

The event took place on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the prestigious Hotel Eros in Nehru Place, New Delhi. It served as a gathering for industry experts and professionals eager to delve into the intricacies of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
